Jon Vacca is Vice President with Cresa’s Data Center Capital Markets & Advisory team, bringing deep expertise in mission-critical real estate across North America. With more than a decade of experience, he advises clients on site selection, colocation strategy, lease negotiations, development, investment sales, and hyperscale leasing, helping data center users, developers, and investors unlock value in a rapidly evolving digital infrastructure market.
Prior to joining Cresa, Jon spent nearly nine years as Director of Sales at CoreSite transacting with enterprises throughout CoreSite’s national data center portfolio. Jon was then instrumental in growing Avison Young’s national data center practice.
